Returns & Exchanges

At Aykaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Aykaa account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
